Your movement type becomes Fey. The first square you leave, as it is a component of casting this spell, does not benefit from Fey movement. Any subsequent Fey movement does not trigger any reactions, whatsoever. You may move through creature-occupied spaces as a part of Fey movement (but not stop in them). Fey movement is invisible except to creatures in the Feywild (or creatures that can see into the Feywild). Your movement retains characteristics such as Climb, Swim, or Fly when it becomes Fey. Performing any action other than moving returns your movement to its normal type.

Fey movement interacts with magical horizons, such as summoning circles, in surprising ways. The interaction between Wild Step and magical horizons is left up to the Dungeon Master's discretion.

Fey Pact Warlocks, Elves, Forest Gnomes, and other Fey creatures may learn this cantrip as though it was listed in their class's spell list. High Elves may choose this cantrip for their Cantrip Trait.
